近日，阳光电源首批1800V风电变流器顺利装车发运，该批单机容量10MW的机型，采用符合IEC安规标准的绝缘设计框架，将为陆上大兆瓦风电机组提供高性能、高可靠的技术支持。这标志着风电技术正式迈入更高电压等级、更高功率密度的新纪元，阳光风能以创新驱动，为大兆瓦风电技术升级注入澎湃动力。
针对超大功率机组需求，阳光1800V风电变流器通过提升电压等级和功率密度，降低电气传动系统的电流。以减少线缆成本及损耗为目标，改善转子滑环运行工况。阳光携手供应链创新突破，打穿从IGBT到低压电器的技术壁垒，推动构建全链条国产化解决方案，保障技术落地。基于三电平拓扑的性能优势，将1800V产品前瞻性适配陆上10-15MW及海上15MW以上机组的应用场景，为风电大型化提供了更高效、更经济的电能转换技术范本。
相比传统1140V系统，1800V风电变流器具备更高的电力转换效率，相同功率等级下网侧电流降低37%，为大兆瓦机组提供强劲支撑。阳光风能严格参照高压安规设计标准，采用新一代2300V等级IGBT器件，通过XHP封装技术减少模块并联数量，提高可靠性，降低运维难度，全方位保障大兆瓦机组的安全稳定运行。
阳光风能正以电压升级重塑风电变流器的技术坐标系，构建更高效、更智能的风电解决方案。未来，1800V技术方案将进一步拓展至深远海风电、风储氢融合等前沿应用领域，持续为大兆瓦风电深度耦合提供技术锚点。
