逆变器的高压、高功率密度化，一直是光伏降本增效的重要革新方向。最近，行业在这一方向上又实现了里程碑式突破。
由华能陕西、阳光电源等联合打造的“孟家湾光伏项目”近日在陕西榆林成功并网发电，投运了阳光电源最新研发的直流2000V高压逆变器。这是2000V系统在世界范围内第一次并网实证，标志着光伏系统成功从1500V进阶至2000V！在光伏降本增效之路上迈出关键一步。
得益于系统电压的大幅提升，孟家湾2000V光伏项目进一步降低了系统损耗，大大提升系统效率：逆变器、汇流箱、箱变等设备功率密度提升，基础建设、设备运输及后期维护等成本减少，同时由于串联的组件数量增加，直流线缆用量、汇流箱数量、支架用钢量等减少，综合下来，单瓦BOS成本可降低2分钱以上。
相比1500V，2000V系统将电压抬升了33%，这对逆变器耐压能力及可靠性提出巨大挑战，并网难度增大。为此，阳光电源从源头攻坚，克服、填补了业内2000V元器件设计及测试的空白，并通过创新的智能化分级关断技术、自适应电压功率控制算法，有效降低关键元器件应力；此外，创新采用“高压对拖功率循环测试”技术方案，开展电网接入适应性验证等全方位性能测试，确保设备在2000V系统高压下稳定可靠运行。
