近日，阳光电动力推出全新二合一车载电源方案。方案以创新单级拓扑架构取代传统PFC+DC/DC两级式拓扑设计，结合AI智能参数寻优，控制算法与散热结构优化，达成6.1kW/L的行业超高功率密度，及96.2%全电压充电效率，为整车实现轻量化目标、提升综合能效开辟全新路径，给市场带来更优选择。
功率密度提升65%，整车更易集成
新一代车载电源方案，采用单级变换电路，仅需一次隔离变换，就能实现交流与直流双向功率控制，有效精简系统设计。功率器件采用顶部散热方式，热阻显著降低；功率回路面积大幅缩小，系统集成度进一步提高。相较传统方案，整机重量可减轻25%以上，功率密度提升65%，达6.1kW/L，使其更容易与车辆电气系统集成，便于整车轻量化设计。
融合AI算法，充电效率再提升
方案深度融合AI智能算法，快速实现参数寻优设计；基于谐振变换电路，进行精确数学建模，获得多目标多自由度更优控制策略，功率器件在全范围内实现软开关，损耗降低，系统效率显著提升。全电压范围OBC满载平均效率达96.2%，峰值效率高达98.02%。助力整车能效提升，节省终端用户充电成本。
无电解电容，突破OBC寿命瓶颈
相较传统方案，单级方案通过创新性的电路设计与先进的控制策略，去除了易受温度、电压波动等因素影响的母线电解电容，消除器件寿命短板，OBC的整体使用寿命得到了显著提升。
平台可拓展，选用更灵活
方案立足平台化设计理念，针对客户不同使用场景，灵活选用SiC、GaN等第三代半导体器件，直流电压适配400V、800V平台，满足多样化需求。
